Sign in or create an account
Because Preminder integrates directly with your primary Google Calendar, a Google account is a prerequisite for using the extension. You can use Preminder with any type of Google account.
To start using Preminder, first add the extension to Google Chrome:
- Navigate to the Preminder listing in the Chrome Web Store.
- Click Add to Chrome
Tip: for easy access, pin the extension to your Google Chrome toolbar.
Once you install the extension, you can begin the sign-in flow. The steps are the same regardless of whether or not you have signed in before. When you sign in for the first time, Preminder automatically creates an account for you.
Important! For Preminder to save your preferences, make sure that you sign in to the Google account that matches your current Chrome profile. For more information on Chrome profiles, visit Google’s Help Center.
To sign in:
- Click the Preminder extension icon.
- A new tab will open. Click the Get started button.
- Review the on-screen information carefully. When you have finished, check the boxes and click Sign in with Google to proceed.
- Follow the on-screen instructions from Google to complete sign-in.
- Note: Google may ask you to choose an account, enter your password, and give Preminder permission to access some information associated with your Google account.
If sign-in is successful, you’ll see a “Sign-in successful” message on your screen.
