You can contact us with technical or policy-related inquiries via email. To contact technical support from within the extension:

1. Click on the Preminder extension icon.
2. Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click on Information.
4. Click on Contact us.

You can also email us directly at support@preminder.pvp.co.jp. Our team will do its best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

I want to get Preminder licenses for my team. How can I do that?

Preminder for enterprises is coming soon, but is not yet available out of the box. If you would like to discuss getting Preminder for your team or enterprise, please contact sales rather than support.
